Employment Program Manager

Paige Lauerman joined Impact in February 2019 and currently serves as the Employment Program Supervisor. She also works as an outpatient therapist with a partner agency. Originally from Northwest Indiana, Paige earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Purdue University. In 2019, she relocated to Illinois to pursue her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Loyola University Chicago. Paige began her journey at Impact as an Employment Specialist and was promoted to Employment Program Supervisor in 2022. In 2025, Paige was promoted to Employment Program Manager. During her time providing direct employment services, she was instrumental in expanding Impact’s reach to the LGBTQ+ community. She helped pilot and develop a partnership with Howard Brown Health programs, solidifying the ongoing need for these critical services. Additionally, Paige played a key role in launching employment services at Turning Point’s Living Room and now oversees staff at Turning Point’s new Evanston Living Room location. Passionate about the social work field, Paige enjoys engaging in various capacities—whether it’s delivering direct services, mentoring team members, or advocating for broader social change and equity. Outside of work, Paige enjoys exploring nature, embarking on adventures both big and small, and experimenting in the kitchen.
