April 2025 – Impact Behavioral Health Partners is proud to announce our new mission—aligned with our newly established vision, values, and goals.
In 2024 and 2025, Impact undertook a strategic planning process to shape a new three-year strategic plan. This effort, guided by consultants from Mission + Strategy, included input from our board, leadership, and programmatic leadership staff.
We’re excited to introduce our updated mission statement: We empower participants living with mental illness through individualized housing, employment, and clinical services so they can achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
This refreshed mission statement reflects our commitment to meeting participants where they are, adapting to their evolving needs, and ensuring our services continue to support long-term stability and independence.
Our vision statement is: A community that prioritizes human dignity, fosters a just society, and embraces individuals experiencing mental illness.
