Impact Behavioral Health Partners offers housing, clinical, and employment services to adults with a diagnosed mental illness.

To qualify for Clinical and Employment services, you must:

  • Have a diagnosed mental illness;
  • Need and desire supportive services; and
  • Currently have or be eligible for Medicaid
  • Live in the greater Chicago Metro area

All referrals for Impact’s Housing Program come through the Coordinated Entry System, The Statewide Referral Network, or through partnering agencies.

Intake Process

Call the Intake Line at 847-238-2144 and leave a message with our intake coordinator describing your eligibility and the services you are seeking. Within 2 business days, an intake coordinator will follow up via phone. Please note, this is NOT a crisis line. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
